Premier Health Acquires Solutions Staffing Inc.

Premier Health of America Inc. has signed a binding agreement to acquire 100% of Solutions Staffing Inc., a British Columbia–based healthcare staffing agency, for up to C$25 million (C$21M cash plus deferred consideration tied to EBITDA). The acquisition will make Solutions Staffing a wholly owned subsidiary of Premier Health and expand the buyer's national presence and travel nurse operations across Canada.

Trinity Health Acquires Majority Stake in Premier Health

Trinity Health acquired a majority ownership stake in Premier Health, a national operator of health system‑branded urgent care clinics headquartered in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Under the partnership Premier Health will operate about 20 existing Trinity Health urgent care locations and plans to significantly expand its urgent care footprint across multiple states to improve access and integrate urgent care with Trinity's broader care network.

Genuine Health Group Acquires Premier Care Associates

Genuine Health Group, a Miami-area value-based healthcare services company backed by Crestline Investors, acquired Premier Care Associates, a Miami-based primary care physician group that manages full-risk Medicare Advantage patients. The acquisition adds roughly $56 million in annual revenue, more than 30 providers (26 physicians reported in some disclosures) and over 4,500 Medicare patients, strengthening Genuine Health's presence in the Hialeah/Greater Miami senior care market.

WELL Health Acquires ExecHealth Inc.

Humana to Acquire Inclusa, Inc.
