Ezee Fiber Acquires Tachus Fiber Internet

Houston-based Ezee Fiber, backed by infrastructure investor I Squared Capital, has closed the acquisition of Tachus Fiber Internet, expanding Ezee Fiber’s all‑fiber footprint across Greater Houston including The Woodlands. The deal strengthens Ezee Fiber’s route network and subscriber base as it accelerates FTTH passings and service rollouts, and positions the company to surpass roughly 600,000 homes and businesses passed by the end of 2025.

Proximus has agreed to acquire EQT Infrastructure V’s majority stake in Fiberklaar for EUR 246 million, making Proximus the sole shareholder. Fiberklaar, headquartered in Ghent, is Flanders’ leading independent fiber-to-the-home provider and the transaction is intended to increase rollout efficiency and capture synergies to accelerate fiber deployment across Flanders.
