Exterro, a portfolio company of Leeds Equity Partners, has acquired Jordan Lawrence Group, a provider of data privacy and information management software and services. The deal expands Exterro’s information-governance and privacy capabilities by combining Jordan Lawrence’s data inventory, minimization and vendor-risk solutions with Exterro’s e-discovery and governance platform; terms were not disclosed.

Forterro Acquires Orgadata
