Nextech AR Solutions Acquires ARway Ltd

Nextech AR Solutions Corp. agreed to acquire U.K.-based spatial computing company ARway Ltd. in an all-stock transaction valued at approximately US$1.0 million, bringing ARway’s founders onto Nextech’s team. The deal adds ARway’s spatial mapping and AR SDK capabilities to Nextech’s AR and mini‑metaverse product stack and is expected to close subject to shareholder and regulatory approvals.

VideoVerse, a video-editing SaaS platform, has acquired Reely.ai, an AI-powered content-creation and social distribution company focused on esports and gaming. The deal will integrate Reely.ai’s computer-vision highlight-detection and automation capabilities into VideoVerse’s product suite to expand its AI-driven short-form video and distribution offerings for players, streamers, teams and esports organizations. Terms were not disclosed.

NexTech AR Solutions Acquires eCommerce Business Infinite Pet Life

NexTech AR Solutions Corp. completed the acquisition of Infinite Pet Life for $1.85 million, adding an e-commerce pet supplements business that generated $2.2 million in revenue and $600,000 in EBITDA in 2018. NexTech said the deal provides a revenue-generating platform and customer base to showcase and deploy its AR/AI eCommerce technologies, including planned AR advertising and 3D product experiences.
