2PointZero Group Completes Majority Acquisition of ISEM Packaging Group

2PointZero Group PJSC has completed its majority acquisition of Italy-based ISEM Packaging Group for AED 704 million, taking a 60.8% ownership stake. The deal combines secondary and primary capital and launches a partnership with Peninsula Capital to support ISEM’s category and geographic expansion and embed AI/digital technology across operations.
