365 Retail Markets, LLC agreed to acquire Cantaloupe, Inc. in an all-cash transaction valued at approximately $848 million. The deal combines Cantaloupe’s payments and telemetry with 365’s self-checkout, smart-store, and software capabilities to expand unattended retail offerings and customer value. The acquisition was later completed.
