UFP Technologies Acquires DAS Medical

UFP Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq: UFPT) has acquired DAS Medical, Inc., a contract manufacturer of single‑use surgical equipment covers, robotic draping systems and fluid control pouches. The acquisition expands UFP's MedTech capabilities—adding thin film converting and near‑shore manufacturing in the Dominican Republic—and provides additional low‑cost manufacturing options for shared customers.

UFP Technologies Acquires Contech Medical

UFP Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq: UFPT) has acquired Contech Medical, Inc., a Providence, Rhode Island–based designer and manufacturer of class III medical device packaging for catheters and guidewires. Contech, founded in 1987 with partner manufacturing in Costa Rica and approximately $18 million in annual sales, will expand UFP's MedTech capabilities and is expected to be accretive to earnings.

SRM Equity Partners Acquires RF Technologies

SRM Equity Partners acquired RF Technologies, a Brookfield, Wisconsin–based provider of safety and RTLS solutions for healthcare, senior living, education and hospitality, in a transaction effective June 5, 2025. The deal preserves management continuity (founder Glen Jonas to remain as Non‑Executive Chairman) and positions RFT to scale through operational improvements, digital transformation and strategic acquisitions under SRM’s ownership.

UFP Industries Acquires PalletOne

UFP Industries, through its subsidiary UFP Industrial, LLC, acquired 100% of PalletOne, Inc. for approximately $232 million, with PalletOne's management team (including President Howe Wallace) remaining in place. The acquisition expands UFP's industrial packaging and pressure-treated lumber capabilities, adding PalletOne's 17 manufacturing locations (22 total sites across affiliates), Sunbelt Forest Products and SunOne Logistics, and more than 1,500 employees.

UFP Industries Acquires Quest Design & Fabrication and Quest Architectural Millwork

An affiliate of Universal Forest Products, Inc. (d/b/a UFP Industries) acquired the operating assets of Quest Design & Fabrication, LLC and Quest Architectural Millwork, LLC (collectively "Quest"). Based near Houston, Texas, Quest designs, fabricates and installs premium architectural millwork and case goods for commercial end markets and reported approximately $22 million in sales in 2019; Quest's president and CEO Jon Deutser will remain in place. GulfStar Group served as Quest's exclusive financial advisor on the March 2020 transaction.
