Masimo Acquires LiDCO Group Plc

Masimo has completed the acquisition of 100% of UK-based LiDCO Group Plc, adding LiDCO's advanced hemodynamic monitoring products to Masimo's portfolio. LiDCO will be re-registered as a UK-based private subsidiary, strengthening Masimo's monitoring capabilities and expanding its suite of patient measurement technologies.
