NPM Capital Acquires Futurewhiz from Levine Leichtman Capital Partners

NPM Capital has acquired a majority stake in Futurewhiz, the parent company of Squla, WRTS and Scoyo, from Levine Leichtman Capital Partners. The Amsterdam-based education technology group (about 70 employees) operates online learning platforms across the Netherlands, Germany and Poland; NPM says the investment will support Futurewhiz's domestic and international growth ambitions.
