Artémis Acquires Majority Stake in Creative Artists Agency (CAA)

Artémis, the Pinault family’s investment company, has agreed to acquire a majority stake in Creative Artists Agency (CAA) from TPG. CAA’s current leadership — Bryan Lourd, Kevin Huvane and Richard Lovett — will remain as Co-Chairmen, with Lourd expected to become CEO; Temasek will remain a minority investor and CMC Capital will remain a strategic partner.
