Insight Equity Holdings LLC has acquired Atmos Technologies, a Newtown Square, Pennsylvania-based specialty materials company that supplies foam-based daily cover products, odor control solutions, and modular leachate treatment systems for landfill and infrastructure applications. Insight Equity partnered with co-investors Trinity Investors, Cortes Capital, and Prudential Private Capital to support Atmos' next stage of growth and expand its market presence in waste and infrastructure end markets.

Existing investors including Insight Partners, Clearlake Capital, Highland Europe and the Ireland Strategic Investment Fund are expected to retain minority stakes; the deal is subject to customary conditions and is expected to close before Q1 2025.
