TorQuest Partners has made a platform investment in Joriki Inc., a Canadian contract manufacturer of beverages and select food products, to support the company's next phase of growth. Terms were not disclosed; Joriki operates three Canadian manufacturing facilities (Scarborough and Pickering, Ontario; Delta, British Columbia) with more than 200 employees and capabilities including hot-fill, cold-fill and aseptic PET/carton lines.

IQFA Logistics Ltd completed a strategic share acquisition of an Ontario-based logistics and warehousing company (est. 1987) that provides warehousing, order fulfillment, trucking, fleet management and last‑mile delivery across the Greater Toronto Area and internationally. Beacon Mergers & Acquisitions acted as exclusive buy‑side advisor; the deal was structured as a share purchase with a token vendor take‑back and is intended to strengthen IQFA’s Ontario footprint and capture e‑commerce driven growth opportunities.

TorQuest Partners Acquires VersaCold Logistics Services

TorQuest Partners, together with co-investors The Investment Management Corporation of Ontario (IMCO) and OPTrust, completed the acquisition of VersaCold Logistics Services from KingSett Capital and Ivanhoé Cambridge. VersaCold's management (led by Mike Arcamone as CEO) rolled equity and will continue to operate the business as the new investors support growth of the company's temperature‑controlled warehousing and food logistics network in Canada.
