Falx Capital Acquires Pyramid Time Systems

Falx Capital, a Denver-based private investment firm, has acquired Pyramid Time Systems, a Meriden, Connecticut-based provider of time and attendance solutions and synchronized clock systems. Falx is partnering with John (Jack) Kiley as CEO and President to lead the company's next growth phase; current owners John Augustyn and George Bucci will retire after assisting with the transition.
