SPINS Acquires Product Intelligence Platform Pinto

SPINS has acquired Pinto, a New York City–based product intelligence and product data platform, to expand and integrate Pinto's capabilities into SPINS' Product Intelligence Platform for the health and wellness industry. The deal combines SPINS' data scale with Pinto's product database, search, and personalization tools to enhance merchandising, eCommerce, and personalized consumer experiences for retailers and brands.
