Signpost Acquires Securus Contact Systems

Signpost, a PE-backed marketing and communications platform for local/home-service businesses, has acquired Securus Contact Systems, a Portland-based live chat and live receptionist service. The deal was a sale by PennSpring Capital (which had owned Securus), and adds always-on chat and receptionist capabilities to Signpost's customer lifecycle and CRM offering.
