STG Acquires Movable Ink

Symphony Technology Group (STG), a U.S. private equity firm focused on software and software-enabled services, has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Movable Ink, an AI-powered personalized content and marketing platform. The deal is expected to close in July 2025; financial terms were not disclosed and Movable Ink CEO Vivek Sharma will remain in place.
