ResMed Acquires Somnoware

ResMed has acquired privately held Somnoware, a U.S.-based provider of cloud-based sleep and respiratory care diagnostics software, to expand its upstream sleep management capabilities and better connect diagnosis workflows with ResMed's treatment ecosystem. ResMed plans to retain Somnoware staff, integrate the platform into its solution portfolio while keeping it open and device-agnostic, and did not disclose material financial terms.

HomeCentris Healthcare Acquires Family First Home Healthcare

The acquisition expands HomeCentris' footprint into Pennsylvania and strengthens its ability to serve Medicaid and managed-care partners while integrating Family First's staff and operations into HomeCentris' technology and operational platform.

DrFirst Acquires Myndshft Technologies

DrFirst has acquired substantially all assets of Myndshft Technologies to integrate Myndshft’s real-time medical benefits verification and automated prior-authorization SaaS into DrFirst’s medication-management platform. The deal aims to speed patient access to specialty medications covered under medical benefits and reduce administrative burden for providers by combining Myndshft’s AI-driven automation with DrFirst’s scale and EHR integrations.

Flatiron Health Acquires Protocol First

DrFirst Acquires Select Assets of Diagnotes

ResMed Acquires MEDIFOX DAN from Hg

ResMed has agreed to acquire MEDIFOX DAN, a German provider of cloud-ready software solutions for care and therapy providers, in a transaction valuing the business at around US$1 billion. MEDIFOX DAN, founded in 1994 and headquartered in Hildesheim, Germany, has more than 600 employees and will expand ResMed's SaaS footprint outside the United States to accelerate digital transformation in out-of-hospital care.
