Flatiron Health Acquires Protocol First

Flatiron Health has acquired Protocol First, a Salt Lake City–based provider of clinical research software, making Protocol First a wholly owned subsidiary effective Dec. 14. The acquisition integrates Protocol First's EHR-to-EDC connector and research workflow tools into Flatiron's Clinical Research business unit to expand Flatiron's real-world evidence and clinical research capabilities.
