Two Sigma Acquires Hivemind Technologies' Software Platform

Two Sigma acquired the Hivemind software platform from Hivemind Technologies Limited to integrate Hivemind's automation and distributed human-intelligence capabilities into Two Sigma's data engineering platform. The deal included transfer of the software platform and several Hivemind data science and engineering team members joining Two Sigma's London office; Hivemind's shareholders include Winton Group, Fidelity International Strategic Ventures and Barclays.

GoGuardian Acquires TutorMe

Hexatronic Group AB (publ) has acquired 100% of Mpirical Ltd, a UK-based telecoms technology training provider, with the purchase consideration paid partly in cash and partly via newly issued Hexatronic shares. Mpirical — operator of the LearningZone on-demand LMS and a library of ~1,500 telecom training videos focused on 5G/4G/IoT/Wi‑Fi — will remain led by its four directors and will expand Hexatronic’s global training capabilities.
