Apax-backed Fibonacci Group Acquires Quid Group and Cabel from Equinox

Funds advised by Apax Partners have backed the Fibonacci Group in the acquisition of Quid Group and its subsidiary Cabel from Equinox. The deal strengthens Fibonacci's position as a pan‑European financial software platform—combining Quid's cloud‑native credit lifecycle software and Cabel's core banking / BaaS capabilities—and expands the group's scale to over 1,500 employees and approximately €210m in revenues.
