Closed Loop Partners, via its Closed Loop Leadership Fund, has acquired a majority stake in Sage Sustainable Electronics, a Columbus, Ohio–based IT asset disposition (ITAD) provider. The investment will provide Sage with capital and access to Closed Loop's circular-economy ecosystem to accelerate growth, expand reuse-and-recovery services, and strengthen its position in North America.

Sage Sustainable Electronics Acquires Relectro

Sage Sustainable Electronics, a portfolio company majority‑owned by Closed Loop Partners, has acquired Relectro, a national electronics repair, refurbishment and logistics provider. The add-on acquisition — backed by a follow-on investment from Closed Loop Partners' buyout group — expands Sage's ITAD platform with depot repair capabilities from Relectro's 40,000 sq. ft. Telford, Pennsylvania facility and its capacity to repair >25,000 devices annually.

Tide Rock Acquires SIPI Asset Recovery (SIPI ITAD) and Integrates into Full Circle Electronics

San Diego-based private equity firm Tide Rock acquired the IT asset disposition (ITAD) assets of SIPI Asset Recovery (a division of Sipi Metals Corp.) and will fold those U.S. and Latin American operations into its portfolio company Full Circle Electronics. The add-on expands Full Circle's footprint to 11 facilities across the Americas (including new locations in Northern California, Illinois, Texas, Mexico and Colombia), roughly doubles headcount to nearly 400 employees, and strengthens its electronics recycling and reuse capabilities for enterprise customers.

Seaside Equity Partners Acquires Majority Stake in Cascade Healthcare Services

Cascade, headquartered in Seattle, is a technology-enabled provider of certification training and continuing education to healthcare professionals across the Western U.S.; Seaside plans to invest in the platform's technology and pursue complementary service and content acquisitions to drive growth.

Iron Mountain Acquires ITAD Provider Wisetek

Sprout Acquires Key Assets of CircleIT
