Norland Capital, a technology-focused private equity firm, has made a significant investment in iWorQ Systems, a Logan, Utah–based provider of SaaS workflow software for local governments. The investment will be used to accelerate iWorQ's growth, expand its team and product capabilities, and broaden its footprint across cities and counties in the United States and Canada.

NetNordic (Norvestor-backed) Acquires IPCO

NetNordic, majority owned by Norvestor VII L.P., has signed an agreement to acquire IPCO, a Norwegian consulting firm that delivers tailor-made software solutions and digital services. The deal adds system development capacity (IPCO has more than 20 employees in Halden), strengthens NetNordic's delivery capability in Halden and Oslo, and supports growth of its network, security and communications services across the Nordics.

Limerston Capital Acquires CyberCrowd to Build Cybersecurity Platform

London-based private equity firm Limerston Capital has acquired UK-based cyber security services specialist CyberCrowd as the first step in building a new cybersecurity platform alongside assets from an earlier acquisition. The combined group will offer digital forensics, e-Discovery, a proprietary forensic case management tool, a 24/7 UK-based SOC, incident response, and scaled consultancy and penetration testing services to public and private sector clients.

Urbanimmersive Inc. Acquires Immersolution (8239991 Canada Inc.)

Urbanimmersive Inc. acquired all outstanding shares of 8239991 Canada Inc. ("Immersolution"), a Canadian reseller of 3D and 360-degree cameras and immersive solutions. The purchase price totaled CAD 291,142 and the deal is intended to expand Urbanimmersive's product offering, distribution relationships and access to industrial and other end markets for immersive environments.

Nordic Capital Acquires Majority Stake in Siteimprove
