MRI Software acquired ProLease, a Stamford-based provider of lease administration, lease accounting and workplace management software, expanding MRI's occupier solutions and lease accounting capabilities. The acquisition adds ProLease's installed base of more than 700 clients and several integrated modules—real estate, equipment, lease accounting, workplace, maintenance and project—supporting MRI's growth across geographic markets and compliance with new global lease accounting standards.

InterProse Acquires Beam Software

InterProse, a Vancouver, Washington–based provider of cloud debt-recovery software, has acquired Beam Software, a collections platform focused on portfolio management for debt buyers and servicers. The deal, which closed in mid-December, will integrate Beam into InterProse's ACE platform to deliver end-to-end collections technology; financial terms were not disclosed and Beam's leadership and support commitments will remain in place.

Dataciders Acquires PRODATO
