Symbotic LLC completed a business combination with SVF Investment Corp. 3, a SoftBank-sponsored SPAC, and will operate as Symbotic Inc. with Class A shares trading on Nasdaq under the ticker SYM. The transaction provides significant growth capital to accelerate Symbotic's expansion and commercialization of its A.I.-enabled robotics and software platform, which has more than $11 billion in contracted orders.
