Deutsche Börse Group Acquires General Atlantic's Remaining Stake in ISS STOXX

Deutsche Börse Group agreed to acquire General Atlantic’s remaining 20% minority stake in ISS STOXX for approximately €1.1 billion, payable in two tranches in Feb–Mar 2026. The buyout gives Deutsche Börse full ownership of the data, analytics and index business, intended to increase operational agility and simplify execution of its growth strategy within the group.

Abacus Finance provided senior secured debt financing and made an equity co-investment to support the transaction; WestView partners Kevin Twomey and John Turner will join MMI's board to help scale the business and accelerate product development and growth.
