Clinigence Holdings Acquires ProCare Health, Inc.

Clinigence Holdings, Inc. signed a binding LOI in May 2021 and completed the acquisition of ProCare Health, Inc., a Garden Grove, California-based MSO, later in 2021. Under the agreement Clinigence issued newly issued common shares to ProCare equity holders and included an earnout tied to future MSO contracts; the deal brings ProCare’s claims administration and MSO capabilities onto Clinigence’s population-health platform.

EQT Private Equity to Acquire PRO Unlimited

EQT Private Equity (through its EQT IX fund) has agreed to acquire PRO Unlimited Global Solutions Inc., a provider of contingent workforce management solutions, from funds managed by Harvest Partners and Investcorp. PRO Unlimited — headquartered in San Francisco with ~1,400 employees — will remain led by its existing management team, and EQT will support continued product development and expansion of the company's integrated platform.
