EP Wealth Advisors, a fee-only registered investment advisor, has partnered with Capital Insight Partners, a Scottsdale-based wealth management firm with over $730 million in AUM, and integrated the CIP advisory team into EP Wealth’s Arizona region. Nine members of the CIP team will join EP Wealth; CIP co-founder Susan Anastasiadis will join EP Wealth as Senior Vice President. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Snow Peak Capital Makes Majority Investment in Sandy Alexander

Snow Peak Capital, a Boulder-based private equity firm, made a majority investment in Sandy Alexander, a multi-channel marketing communications and commercial printing company headquartered in New Jersey, partnering with Sandy Alexander's management team and other previous owners. Global Endowment Management co-invested and PNC Bank provided debt financing; Snow Peak said it will support Sandy Alexander's growth through investments, operational support and M&A.

Blue Owl Capital Acquires IPI Partners' Business

CCP Capital Strategies has acquired Executive Information Systems (EIS), a Bethesda-based company that provides outbound and inside sales, business development, contract management and back-office support to software developers and manufacturing partners selling to government customers. Five Points Capital provided unitranche debt financing and an equity co-investment to support the transaction; EIS holds a GSA Schedule and is a federal channel partner for SAS Institute.
