Disruptive Technologies Acquires Assets of Good Superfoods

Disruptive Technologies, LLC — a Nevada-based food-production technology company — has acquired the assets of Good Superfoods, LLC, a GFSI-certified contract manufacturer of nutrition bars, chocolate snacks and protein bars located just outside Boise, Idaho. The deal gives Disruptive Technologies a state-of-the-art facility to deploy its Clean Manufacturing Technology and expand its manufacturing footprint and private-label/contract manufacturing capabilities.

Golden Organics, a Denver/Golden, Colorado-based specialty organic food distributor with ~$6.8M trailing-twelve-month revenue and a 22,000 sq. ft. leased warehouse, will expand IVFH's product assortment, sourcing capabilities and customer base across foodservice, manufacturing and retail channels.
