The Good Bean, led by founder and CEO Sarah Wallace, has acquired Beanitos to combine the two legume-based snack portfolios and create the largest U.S. portfolio of bean snacks. The transaction was supported by investments from L Catterton, 2x Consumer Products Growth Partners (2x Partners), and BFY Capital to accelerate scale, supply-chain efficiencies and channel expansion across conventional, mass, natural and ecommerce retailers.
