Thryv Holdings, Inc. has completed the acquisition of Infusion Software, Inc. (Keap) for $80 million in cash. The deal integrates Keap’s CRM and marketing automation capabilities into Thryv’s SMB-focused SaaS platform to expand product capabilities, cross-sell opportunities and geographic reach.
