Keap, the Chandler, Arizona–based sales and marketing automation company, acquired The Factory, a former Keap partner that builds and implements marketing campaigns for small businesses. The acquisition brings The Factory's campaign implementation and services capabilities into Keap's offerings and adds Tyler Garns to Keap as group product manager over services to help launch a new coaching-plus implementation service.

KEV Group Acquires TES Software

KEV Group has acquired TES Software, a provider of purpose-built financial and administrative solutions for K–12 schools, strengthening KEV's U.S. presence and expanding its K–12 school finance platform. The acquisition broadens KEV's product footprint across several U.S. states (notably Utah and Alabama) and will help the combined business deliver unified accounting, payments, reporting, and time-management capabilities to K–12 districts.

Intuit Acquires Mailchimp

Intuit has agreed to acquire Mailchimp for approximately $12 billion in cash and stock to create an end-to-end customer growth platform for small and mid-market businesses. The acquisition brings Mailchimp's marketing automation and AI-driven capabilities into Intuit's platform to drive customer acquisition, engagement and analytics, and is expected to close before the end of Intuit's second quarter fiscal 2022.

VMware Acquires Pivotal Software

Thoma Bravo Acquires Coupa Software

Thoma Bravo completed an all-cash acquisition of Coupa Software valued at approximately $8.0 billion, with a significant minority investment from a wholly owned subsidiary of the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA). Coupa stockholders received $81.00 per share, Coupa will be delisted from Nasdaq, and Thoma Bravo said it will invest to accelerate product innovation and growth, including potential M&A.
