EIS Holdings, LLC (EIS) has acquired Environmental Technology, Inc. (EN TECH), a Phoenix-based environmental consulting and remediation firm. The acquisition expands EIS's remediation and environmental services footprint into Arizona and the broader southwestern U.S., adding EN TECH's capabilities in UST services, hydrogeological studies, PFAS work, and remediation.

Arxada AG Acquires Enviro Tech Chemical Services, Inc.

Arxada AG, a Basel-based specialty chemicals company owned by Bain Capital and Cinven, completed the acquisition of Enviro Tech Chemical Services, Inc. on 22 December 2021. The deal adds Enviro Tech’s antimicrobial and biocidal platform (notably peracetic acid and bromine chemistries), three U.S. manufacturing sites, and expanded access to food & beverage, agriculture and wastewater treatment end markets; financial terms were not disclosed.

Montrose Environmental Group Acquires Environmental Chemistry, Inc.

Montrose Environmental Group (NYSE: MEG) has acquired Environmental Chemistry, Inc. (ECI), a Houston-based full-service environmental laboratory. ECI will be integrated into Montrose's Measurement and Analysis segment and operate as part of Enthalpy Analytical, expanding Montrose's water and soil testing capabilities in the Gulf Coast region; terms were not disclosed.

Monomoy Capital Partners Acquires EnviroTech Services
