Wave HDC, a healthcare data curation and automation provider based in Tampa, Florida, has acquired Goodvisit, a provider of fee estimation, denial prevention, and work list tools. The acquisition brings Goodvisit's API-first fee-estimation and denial-prevention capabilities into Wave HDC's platform, with Wave retaining the Goodvisit team and investing in its cloud-based infrastructure to expand real-time patient cost estimates and other patient access functionality.

Equifax Acquires Health e(fx)
