IMS Health Acquires Privacy Analytics

IMS Health acquired Privacy Analytics to integrate its de-identification and data governance technology into IMS Health’s Real-World Evidence (RWE) platform, expanding the company’s capabilities in privacy-preserving analytics for life sciences and healthcare clients. The acquisition will allow IMS Health to offer Privacy Analytics’ software and advisory services across its global client base while continuing to offer the solutions as an independent product suite.

TI Health, previously a portfolio company of Capital Dynamics, Star Mountain Capital, and Halyard Capital, will bring its Affiniti platform and HCP targeting capabilities to Swoop’s privacy-safe patient audiences to enable coordinated omnichannel campaigns.
