Real Chemistry Acquires TI Health and Integrates It into Swoop

Real Chemistry has acquired TI Health, a data-driven HCP engagement and predictive analytics company, and will integrate TI Health into Swoop to create a unified HCP and DTC system of engagement for healthcare marketers. TI Health, previously a portfolio company of Capital Dynamics, Star Mountain Capital, and Halyard Capital, will bring its Affiniti platform and HCP targeting capabilities to Swoop’s privacy-safe patient audiences to enable coordinated omnichannel campaigns.
