KKR Acquires CIRCOR International, Inc.

Investment affiliates of KKR completed the acquisition of CIRCOR International, Inc. for $56.00 per share, taking the company private and delisting its common stock from the New York Stock Exchange. KKR said it will support CIRCOR’s growth and operational improvements, appointing Dan Daniel as board chair and implementing an employee ownership program.

SCF Partners Acquires DeltaValve and TapcoEnpro from CIRCOR International

SCF Partners, a Houston-based private equity firm, has acquired DeltaValve (Salt Lake City) and TapcoEnpro (Houston) from CIRCOR International. The two businesses are manufacturers of severe-service industrial valves and related controls used across refining, petrochemical and energy infrastructure; SCF says it will expand product and service offerings and pursue growth and diversification in these end markets.

SCF Partners Invests in Callidus Process Solutions

New Era Energy Acquires Commercial Fuel Solutions Limited

New Era Energy has acquired Commercial Fuel Solutions (CFS) Limited, a UK-based designer, manufacturer and distributor of fuel storage/transfer systems and the country's largest independent AdBlue supplier. The acquisition adds CFS's hydrogen refuelling and low-carbon AdBlue expertise to New Era's nationwide fuels and lubricants distribution network, expanding product capability and strengthening the combined company's sustainability offering.

The deal expands FINSIGHT's API and new-issue monitoring capabilities and adds commentary, deal-flow analysis, and historical pricing to better serve issuers, institutional investors and broker-dealers.
