NICE has acquired ContactEngine, a UK-based leader in proactive conversational AI, and integrated the technology into its CXone platform to launch CXone SmartReach. The acquisition brings proactive, multi-day asynchronous conversational capabilities to NICE's cloud CX suite, enabling organizations to engage customers across preferred digital channels before they request service.
