University Games Acquires Maranda Games

San Francisco-based University Games has acquired Maranda Games, the Mequon, Wisconsin maker of outdoor recreation games (including Ladderball) and board games. The deal adds a summer/outdoor games category to University Games' Front Porch Classics division and will expand Maranda products into new international markets such as the UK, Australia and New Zealand.
