Digital West Acquires Norcast Telecom

Digital West Networks acquired Norcast Telecom Networks to create the California Central Coast's largest business infrastructure provider, combining roughly 60 employees and more than 2,500 customers. The transaction was advised by Auctus Capital Partners and financed in part with mezzanine debt and a minority equity investment from Farragut Capital Partners.
