Vast Broadband Acquires NTS Communications

Vast Broadband has acquired NTS Communications from private equity owner Tower Three Partners, adding NTS's fiber network in Texas and Louisiana to Vast's footprint. Oak Hill Capital Partners and Pamlico Capital led a recapitalization of Vast to support accelerated growth and will provide financial backing following the transaction.
