West Corporation acquired ECaTS, the Emergency Call Tracking System division (a SaaS provider of 9-1-1 network traffic monitoring and call reporting) from the seller parties. The acquisition expands West's Government Solutions capabilities within its Safety Services segment by adding ECaTS' real-time analytics and BI platform for PSAPs and public-safety agencies across the United States.

Digital West Acquires Norcast Telecom

The transaction was advised by Auctus Capital Partners and financed in part with mezzanine debt and a minority equity investment from Farragut Capital Partners.

Message Broadcast Acquires West's Utilities Business

Message Broadcast, a portfolio company of OceanSound Partners and Energy Impact Partners (EIP), has acquired the utilities business from West Technology Group’s CX360 division ("West Utilities"). The add-on expands Message Broadcast’s cloud-based customer engagement platform with West Utilities’ high-volume IVR and outage notification capabilities used by over 40 U.S. and Canadian utilities; terms were not disclosed.
