Ncontracts Acquires Banc Intranets

Ncontracts, a PE-backed provider of integrated risk management and compliance software for financial institutions, has acquired Banc Intranets, a provider of secure web-based enterprise content management and portal solutions (BancWorks employee portal and DirectorLink board portal). The deal expands Ncontracts' capabilities for banks, credit unions, mortgage companies and fintechs by adding employee and board portal functionality to its RegTech suite; the combined companies will have over 200 employees and serve more than 1,600 customers.

CapitalWorks Acquires Majority Stake in Bancsource, Inc.

Cleveland private equity firm CapitalWorks, LLC has acquired a majority ownership stake in Bancsource, Inc., a Republic, Missouri-based provider of ATM and cash-cycle equipment sales and maintenance services to banks and retailers. CapitalWorks said it plans to invest in and grow Bancsource while Bancsource's existing leadership will remain active in management.

Wealth Enhancement Group Acquires BTR Capital Management, Inc.

Wealth Enhancement Group, a national independent wealth management firm, has acquired BTR Capital Management, Inc., an Oakland-based independent RIA that manages more than $1 billion in client assets. The acquisition expands Wealth Enhancement Group’s presence in Northern California (bringing WEG to nine offices in the region) and adds BTR’s team of nine advisors and five support staff to WEG’s platform.
