Cision Acquires Trajaan to Expand AI-Based Search Intelligence

Cision has acquired Trajaan, a Paris-based search intelligence platform, to accelerate Cision's AI and data strategy and integrate always-on, geo-localized search behavior and generative AI analytics across its products. The deal builds on a prior Brandwatch–Trajaan partnership and aims to give marketing, communications and insights teams unified, predictive visibility into consumer intent and trend formation.

Geoforce Acquires Trakopolis SaaS Corp.
