Integrity Marketing Group, a Dallas-based distributor of life and health insurance products, has acquired Advisors Insurance Brokers (AIB), a Clifton Park, New York brokerage general agency specializing in life, long-term care and annuities. As part of the deal, AIB CEO Kevin Johnson will become a Managing Partner at Integrity; financial terms were not disclosed and AIB will join Integrity’s platform and employee ownership plan to access centralized technology and services.
