Integrity Marketing Group has acquired Plan Advisors, an independent marketing organization (IMO) with offices in Louisville, Kentucky and Miami, Florida. The acquisition gives Plan Advisors access to Integrity’s proprietary MedicareCENTER platform, CRM, quoting and enrollment technology and centralized back-office resources to scale its Medicare distribution and accelerate growth; financial terms were not disclosed.

The deal brings Fidelis’s Medicare-focused agent training, distribution network and 70,000 enrolled clients into Integrity’s platform to accelerate growth across the Southwest and expand Integrity’s Medicare capabilities.

As part of the deal, AIB CEO Kevin Johnson will become a Managing Partner at Integrity; financial terms were not disclosed and AIB will join Integrity’s platform and employee ownership plan to access centralized technology and services.
