Integrity Marketing Group, a Dallas-based insurance distribution and services platform, has acquired Fidelis Consultants, an independent marketing organization (IMO) headquartered in Gilbert, Arizona. The deal brings Fidelis’s Medicare-focused agent training, distribution network and 70,000 enrolled clients into Integrity’s platform to accelerate growth across the Southwest and expand Integrity’s Medicare capabilities.
