Integrity Marketing Group, a Dallas-based distributor of life and health insurance and wealth solutions, has acquired Abernathy Financial Services, an independent marketing organization (IMO) headquartered in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. Abernathy's president Brent Abernathy will become a Managing Partner at Integrity; financial terms were not disclosed. The deal expands Integrity's life insurance distribution reach and gives Abernathy access to Integrity's insurtech platform and shared services.
