EFL Global has acquired Trans American Customhouse Brokers, Inc., a U.S.-based customs brokerage and logistics firm founded in 1984. The deal adds customs brokerage, clearance and consulting capabilities (including licensed brokers and digital clearance tools) to EFL's global supply chain offering and expands its integrated customs services across the U.S., Canada and Mexico.

STG Logistics Acquires International Warehouse Services, Inc.

(IWS), a Port Everglades-based provider of warehousing, trucking, brokerage, customs clearance and distribution services. The acquisition expands STG's footprint into the Port Everglades / Fort Lauderdale market and adds customs examination station and USDA inspection capabilities to STG's platform.

eShipping Acquires Superior Transport & Logistics and Synapsum

Saaswedo, a subsidiary of France-based EPSA Groupe, has acquired Communication Brokers Inc. (CBI Telecommunications), a Grand Rapids, Michigan-based telecom expense management (TEMS) and managed services provider. The deal gives Saaswedo a strategic entry into the United States and combines complementary TEMS platforms and consulting capabilities to expand service offerings globally; terms were not disclosed.

Enterprise Financial Services Corp Acquires Seacoast Commerce Banc Holdings

Enterprise Financial Services Corp (EFSC) has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Seacoast Commerce Banc Holdings (SCBH) in a stock-for-stock transaction valued at about $156 million. The deal will add Seacoast's SBA lending platform and specialty deposit relationships to EFSC, creating a combined company with approximately $9.7 billion in pro forma assets and expected near-term EPS accretion.
