Fastly Acquires Fanout to Add Real-Time App Capabilities at the Edge

Fastly Acquires Signal Sciences for $775M

The deal adds Signal Sciences' developer-first web application and API protection (WAF/RASP) technology to Fastly's edge cloud platform to create an integrated Secure@Edge security offering and expand Fastly's security capabilities.

Bitrise Acquires Flare.Build

GraphCDN Acquires FastQL

ASGN Incorporated Acquires GlideFast Consulting

ASGN Incorporated has closed its acquisition of GlideFast Consulting LLC for $350 million in cash. GlideFast will join ASGN's Apex Consulting Services within the Commercial Segment, bringing ServiceNow implementation capabilities and expected 2022 revenue of about $95 million to support cross-selling across ASGN's large account base.
