Fastly, the edge cloud platform, has acquired Glitch, a developer platform used by more than 1.8 million developers, to integrate Glitch's developer experience and community into Fastly's edge tooling. The Glitch team will form a new Developer Experience group within Fastly to build tighter technical integrations and enable faster developer-to-deploy workflows at the edge.

Fastbreak.ai Acquires SEQL

Fastbreak.ai, an AI-driven sports scheduling and logistics SaaS provider, has acquired SEQL, a youth sports impact company that connects student-athletes with brands, leagues, and cities. SEQL will be rebranded as Fastbreak Connect and its co-founders will join Fastbreak's leadership as the combined business expands Fastbreak.ai’s capabilities in brand engagement and social-impact programs for youth sports.

Netlify Acquires Gatsby Inc.

Qlik Acquires NodeGraph

Verisk Acquires FAST from NexPhase Capital

Verisk Analytics has agreed to acquire Flexible Architecture & Simplified Technology, LLC (FAST) from NexPhase Capital (co-managed with Moelis Capital Partners) for $193.5 million. FAST is a New Jersey–based provider of SaaS policy administration, new business and distribution management software for life insurers; NexPhase partnered with FAST in 2015 and helped transition the business to a recurring revenue model.
