VeriFast, a Toronto-based AI-powered Verification-as-a-Service platform, has acquired Opsansa, a San Francisco–based provider of automated property management support. Opsansa CEO Rowan Aldean will join VeriFast as VP of Automation to lead integration of agentic workflow automation into VeriFast’s leasing and screening platform, accelerating resident approvals and reducing operational friction for multifamily property managers.

Clio Acquires vLex / Fastcase for $1B

Clio completed a $1 billion acquisition of vLex and Fastcase (closing Nov. 10, 2025), combining Clio's legal-practice platform with vLex/Fastcase's comprehensive legal databases and AI capabilities. The deal has drawn antitrust scrutiny from rivals, with Alexi Technologies alleging the acquisition forecloses programmatic access to essential caselaw data.

COMSovereign Acquires Fastback Networks

COMSovereign Holding Corp. agreed to acquire all equity interests of Skyline Technology Partners, LLC d/b/a Fastback Networks for approximately $14 million in cash and debentures (including convertible debentures). The acquisition adds Fastback's intelligent backhaul radios, operations, customers and a portfolio of patents (65 granted, 12 pending) to COMSovereign's 5G connectivity and wireless backhaul product and IP portfolio, broadening its capabilities for Tier-1 and private 5G deployments.

Nautic Partners Acquires LindFast Solutions Group

Nautic Partners, LLC has completed the acquisition of LindFast Solutions Group in partnership with LindFast management. LindFast, headquartered in Blaine, Minnesota, is a master distributor of specialty fasteners offering a deep virtual inventory (~130,000 SKUs) and value‑added services; Nautic plans to support organic growth, cross‑selling and selective add‑on acquisitions. Financing for the transaction was provided by Ally Financial and GSO Capital Partners.

Ascend Technologies Acquires Switchfast Technologies

Fastly Acquires Signal Sciences for $775M

Fastly, Inc. agreed to acquire Signal Sciences for approximately $775 million in a combination of cash and Fastly Class A common stock. The deal adds Signal Sciences' developer-first web application and API protection (WAF/RASP) technology to Fastly's edge cloud platform to create an integrated Secure@Edge security offering and expand Fastly's security capabilities.
